• Programme Management Office – Delta EPM provides an environment for managing the necessary TOOLS, POCESSESES and TEMPLATES needed for the PMO to directly support programme and project delivery.  It is highly flexible and can be tailored to utilise your existing TOOLS, PROCESSES and TEMPLATES or you can benefit from the Delta EPM ‘out of the box’ versions that are aligned to pragmatic user scenarios and methodologies such as PRINCE2™, MSP and ITIL.
• Programme Management Area – Delta EPM provides a rich functional environment for the management of a Programme of work.  It provides TOOLS and TEMPLATES that enable the Programme Team to work collaboratively and efficiently together.  Delta EPM also provides a range of customisable and flexible delivery focussed DASHBOARDS, collating data from within the Programme and Project levels to enable informed delivery management and effective real time progress reporting.
• Project Management Area – Delta EPM benefits from the extensive Project Management tools within WMC’s Project Central as well as the full life cycle management tools that are aligned to the latest version of OGC’s PRINCE2™ (2009 edition).  The Project area has a range of tools and processes for managing the project (i.e. planning, reporting, risks, issues etc) and life cycle tools that support the management of each stage of the project from idea through start up, initiation and onto closure.
